"If you want to take a chance on a sales position in with a startup tech, Insightix is NOT the place to work."
What do you like about working at Insightix?
"Better question is what DID I like I began working there in January 2008 and by August 2008 the company was mismanaged out of business in the NY area. The entire U.S. Sales team was terminated before we were really given an opportunity to get out there & do our jobs."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to yes management to death and hope you don't lose your job within a year."
What don't you like about working at Insightix?
"The CTO was arrogant and wouldn't listen to any sort of criticism about his product. If something was wrong with the product, it was our fault or the client's fault."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You shouldn't have been so anxious to burn bridges with your former employees. I've kept my mouth shut but I've heard some pretty unpleasant things about the company recently. You should also have been more up on U.S. unemployment law and COBRA laws as they were being made. There's a lot of bad blood out there from your former employees."

"First time working with a distributor, chance to see how its run."

"Company was not uniform on how company was operating."

"They mess with your commissions and do not get paid. Restructuring commissions after hitting a $100 million sales is just plain wrong"

"Have a fair commission structure for sales reps, that makes bonus and commission achievable."

"Lots of growth potentiol. I was able to maintain the CRM for the Sales Team. I reported on a weekly basis to executives and salesteem of sales growth and pipeline"

"Ask alot of questions regarding territories and position coverage"

"They did not give me a chance in another position. When I asked for training on their products my immediate supervisor said no when I had already been planning on going to training in the first place"

"Before laying someone off give because of overlapping positions after an acquisition why don't you see if there is another place they could fit into and train for."

"I had knowledge of the job and a strong outside rapport with all my customers. I worked there almost 19 years and learned a lot."

"Put your best foot foward and know that the customer is always right."

"I was stymied in the position I was in and felt that I had more to contribute to the company, but was not allowed to"

"Communication between different departments and various levels of management. Can often eliminate the most commonly occurring problems in a corporation."
