"The down to earth, hands-on owners that participate in daily operation yet they are not like boss to employee attitude, everyone is part of the team. problems gets tackle immediately and get solve usually within 1 day. Company is very well positioned in web communication and web marketing. High business are driven from the web marketing. The colleagues are friendly."

"REALLY really need to know your products. The owners will randomly pick you out and have you explain exactly what this company does and what's the goal and who's the target."

"The owners sometimes nickle and dime the employee on bonuses and commissions. The owner can at times stubborn."

"Be even more open up for suggestions, they are doing great as it is, can be more open minded."

"We were expected to carefully review applications while taking inbound calls and writing complete notes in the customer tracking system. These three tasks required full attention and lead to many errors and rejections from underwriting."

"This was a salary based position that had the ability to make commission. I was able to more than double my salary. I also loved the work atmosphere - very high morale."
