"There were a select group of cool people. Decent starting salary for an entry level position, until you discover all the sh*t you have to wade through to get it."

What don't you like about working at FreedomPay?
"I only gave each topic a 1 because it wouldn't let you leave it blank. COO is an unfeeling and stupid cyborg with only a bachelor's. Read my review at jobvent.com. There are several others just like it too. 95% turnover."

"The President/CEO is definitely caring about the services he offers and has called me several times to work on different projects for him"

"Project are usually short term or misjudged to the point where funding runs out and the job ends sooner then expected leaving me looking for work again"

"Ask for your $$ amount in writing with a exact written scope of work for the position. FERGUSON IS NOTORIOUS FOR PROMOTING PERSONS TO NEW RESPONSIBILITIES AND NEVER GIVING THEM A RAISE OR TITLE BUMP. BE WARNED."

"Management do not mentor anyone below and often lack the skills to do their subordinates jobs making it impossible to coordinate them. Corporate policies and culture not carried out unless the managements paycheck is directly on the line."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Build a team. you are not there to have people do all your work and then regurgitate corporate goals with no input whatsoever. management needs to make a plan and execute it. not just relay corporate goals and ask subordinates how to answer their bosses questions."

"Present yourself in an honest and polite way. Have proof of what previous experience you had in sales earnings."

"No chance to advance to management. There was also too much change with the anual comp plan and budget for bonuses every quarter."

"Be more proactive in communicating with employees. Stop giving the seasoned employees the feeling that they can be replaced at any time. When stating that change in budgets happen, please refrain from the words of entitlement or that earners do not work hard enough."
