"I worked at IR for more than 20 years. The plant manager was not employee friendly. The HR department was never very helpful until recently, the would give you a phone number if you had any questions. It didn't seem like corporate ever wanted to work with the union. It seemed to not want a good relationship with there workers. I would not recommend working for this company."
