"I love working with new technologies, such as data center infrastructure design and implementation. The move towards virtualization is a good thing and needs to be embraced. The only real issue is in the government sector, is how the government and the government contracting companies are usually on two different pages of the same paper, so it takes time to get things accomplished."

"I love providing custom based solutions to each customer's business needs, which, I believe, begins by listening/understanding the customers current/future business requirement's. Discovery also provides an insight to penetrate the account by identifying future opportunities for higher profit margin software and service add-on potential. The final result being a successful project, happy customer, and most importantly a returning customer based on trust. I hate losing."
"I love being able to develop solutions and mentor engineers and analysts to get the best possible end-result in any infrastructure project. Working with other teams, learning of new ideas, sharing and collaborating on large projects makes a project and team more fun to be around and more productive in the long-term."

"Hard to think of anything, company has an open door policy and everyone is heard if and when the make the approach"

"If I was king for a day, step back and look at the big picture"

"Be sure to ask about additional opportunities provided other that the position you are interviewing."

"I loved every minute of working for this company. They provided continual feedback. I am disappointed my contract ended."

"Continue to provide employee support as has been provided in the past."

"The thing I don't like is the down time between projects."

"The Product had a rewarding outcome, where it helped High School students find a match for their up and coming High Education needs."

"The company is hiring US based interns only at this time. You need to be a an agressive person to get a job at CDU."
What don't you like about working at ConnectEDU?
"Parking was expensive. The hours where hard to manage as we never hired adequate staff to manage the 24x7x365 production systems."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Well, the development and operations teams jobs were moved over seas, the quantity was higher than the quality achieved"
