"The pay and benefits are a best thing about Wells Fargo. Also the atmosphere is fairly good."

"Be good at answering situational questions. Do your research about the position first. Tell them what they want to hear."
What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"The company is too big for its own good. Wells Fargo management constantly changes procedure without considering the implications. The mortgage department has a high turnover. It seems like they rather get new employees then retain their current staff. Training is inadequate. Everything is a numbers game, which frequently rewards those who are know the system, rather then the employees that do a good job. I only stay with the company as it is the only part job a college student can get that pays well."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get your act together! Provide better training. Get rid of the numbers! Give bonuses and raises to the workers that go above and beyond the requirement as opposed to those that play the numbers game."
