"The constant pressure to sell, without the flexibility to customize the products to customer needs, based on what was available at that time."

What do you like about working at Comcast?
"When I 1st started you got paid well by your effort... when I left your abilty to earn good living was cut in half. Mang. looked for ways to cut your pay. Way to many sales people were scared to loose their jobs."

"Very little chance on moving up if you were 55yrs old. I was told I was to set in my ways at my age."

"The process for new reps. getting the right quotes and information to certain consumers was inaccurate."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My co-workers and myself suggested an idea to get all sales reps on the same page when it comes to rates. The project was accepted and is now being used daily."
