"Working as solution and integration manager in BT is not easy but fulfilling. You will encounter different kinds of attitudes from the people, client you've worked with. What I love is I have a team who is focused on the work and not easily affected by bullying and with that attitude we are able to change how customer and peers attitude from bad to good."

"I dislike the many layoffs, and degrading customer satisfaction. There is not much support anymore."
