"The upper level management does not communicate well and seem paranoid about developing communication channels. Many regulations are fuzzy."

"Develop mid level managers specific to the product and services being sold and develop specific training"

"My boss micromanages me way too much. He is also resistant to new concepts. He won't listen to us."

"not make too many promises and commitments without consulting operations"

"Negotiate hard for the highest starting salary you can get. Raises are few and far between not to mention small"

"Executive Team does not seem to understand what we do nor how our systems work"

"Get closer to the rank and file -- Validate what is being done and said by the other members of the executive team"

"Negotiate hard -- culture isn't everything -- good intentions can not compensate for lack of a plan."

"Too many of the senior management either don't understand how our systems work or how we operate"

"Get closer to the situation. Get your hands dirty and see how your decisions affect the employees on which everyone's livelihood is at stake."
