"I have enjoyed the challenges here and the people I interact with are top notch. The problem I have is that I am away from my family 5 days a week, otherwise I would stay here indefinitely."

"I've worked for IBM for a little over 3 years now. I did a couple of internships when I was in college. I got a full-time offer before I graduated college. I like the atmosphere. Everybody is laid back and there is a lot of flexibility in the schedule. One of the main issues is growth opportunity. It seems to be slow and hard to get."

Attended IBM Business Partner/Client Cyber Security Road Show; recognized cyber security as the hottest software/consulting market opportunity in the world today; must be sold as a Board Level issue at the CEO/CFO/CIO level in that order."
