"This company has some seriously bad managers and plant management. My local area has been downsized, from close to 500 employees to less than 250 from when I was last there. The company as a whole has no problem in letting the average employee in my area feel less than an employee, by not letting them in on company decisions that effect them personally, nor do they recognize major safety concerns. Like slip and fall problems, but criticizes or reprimands the employee for bringing them forward, i.e., write ups or bullying, and favoritism are extremely obvious."

"I worked at IAC for three months and was told I would not have any problems rolling over full time. After the CER contract was up that didn't happen. Now I must wait until they have an open position. Which may be in January of 2014."
