"Great company, the auto industry is such a up and down industry. Union environment is always a challenge but manageable. Great people to work with. Equipment is older but maintained very well. Company has very good benefits. The culture here is a very open and honest and everyone gets along with each other"

"I was very happy with this company, they were more than a year behind on SPC entering into computer I composts that within a week or two. I helped do gauge R&R's with another quality engineer. I went to meetings with production to explain quality issues. I entered Ford data into the Computer, I organized the hardcopies of at the SPC. It was work but it was good work."
