"It was a company providing for my family. I really enjoyed the fast pace enviroment and really enjoyed being the person providing change."

What don't you like about working at IAC Group?

"Towards the end of my tenure with IAC, I worked lots of hours and commited my family hours to assure that my job was beyond satisfactory. Obvisiouly with the postion of GM and Chrysler and our company being 95% of their market share cost my job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I felt that management at IAC had the right combination to succeed. I would suggest them to continuously improve and assure to pick up where I left on creating a diverse lean six sigma culture."
