What do you like about working at Hyatt Hotels?

"I apprciated most the corporate culture that was maintained within the company."

What don't you like about working at Hyatt Hotels?

"I liked least the lack of consistancy from department to department. Rules were interpreted differently amongst directors so there was often confusion in regards to protocol."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Interal audits amongst directors is the oy suggestion I have. Every year questionaires were distributed but were disregarded and input was heartfelt and thought to be a necessity. Teamwork is a necessity for survival and opinions were based on employees perspectives and upper management didn't seem to care. In this case, questionaires shouldn't have been distributed."
