"Insurance companies are very good at money, but not that strong in sales and marketing. This position - company hadn't even developed a value proposition for what they were putting on the street. But, couldn't understand why sales lagged."

"Learn sales, train sales agents on sales fundamentals as well as technical aspects of their products. Develop a 30 second elevator presentatopn that describes the value proposition, and differentiates the company and its products."
