"I didn't have a boss onsite. I was on man alone in an island. The level of responsibility was huge."

"To built better communication between the management members. Sometimes I didn't have communication with my boss for weeks."

"Remember you are not your role. Do what's required of you and what your bosses expect of you, but if you want more opportunities and more interesting projects, seek them out yourself- don't wait for someone to come to you. Make friends all over the company- this will serve you well."

"I am not rewarded for being strategic and do not fell that my individual performance is valued. I am not treated as an individual contributor, rather I am represented by sales numbers."

"I would choose leaders who know how to lead vs. mangers who barely know how to manage. I would encourage collaboration and teamwork, as well as progressive work environments."
