"I worked for Humana as a LTE Financial Underwriter for 7 months. I thoroughly enjoyed the work and found everyone to be very helpful. The company provided everything I needed to the job. I received information on how the company works, its values, and all of the great employee programs. They truly made me feel welcome and informed."

What do you like about working at Humana?

"When I worked for the Prod Build team, building claims logic, we were focused on mentoring, training, quality and the management was top notch for being open to new ideas and feedback. They really met a goal of creating a valued work place."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Strong for call center service, but most quality, credentialing, underwriting and production jobs will probably end up offshore. They are heavily staffed for Medicare and Military and if those contracts are always in flux"
