"I've worked for Humana since 2014 and overall it's been a positive experience. I'm lucky to be part of an organization that values its employees and supports their work. Working here has helped me grow a lot as a front-end developer and ultimately, helped me find a passion for it. As with many other large enterprises, one of my biggest frustrations is the disconnect between different departments and the friction it causes.
