"Clueless management, constantly shifting plans, lack of basic support to get the job done, no growth potential, constant reductions in pay and benefits, no job security, new dog eat dog, cover your back culture, etc. etc. etc."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Replace them all."

"They ask for Master degree, but I do not have it when I graduated from my university. So I have to leave."
