"In some jobs, you're paid on an 80/20 plan. Don't plan on getting the 20%."

What don't you like about working at Hewlett-Packard?

"While you're free to figure out the best way to get your job done most of the time, the majority of the tools you have to use to get it done are old and outdated. It makes it a job where you have to primarily fight against the old way of doing things in order to get your job done."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I'd compensate employees much better. I'd also invest money differently."
