The split is expected to close by October 2015 and will result in two publicly traded companies: Hewlett-Packard Enterprise and HP, Inc. "New management unaware and unaccepting of company historical treatment of employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Consider employee morale. Believe it or not, management team plays favorite employee cards at the expense of others. Ranking sucks. Prejudice exists throughout management levels. Good old boy and good old girl networks alive and well at the expense of the whole organization."
"I loved HP and worked for them often as a contractor Executive Assistant."
