"Too many meetings and less time to do the work, therefore have to work late hours and also on the weekend before the project due."

"Study the basics and don't stress out too much, most people are pretty relaxed."

"The politics and bureaucracy of upper management. Not to mention the revolving door of our CEO."

"Make a vision and stick with it. This vision of the year is just too hard to follow. Seems to be getting better, but don't know yet."
