"My job was exciting and I loved the challenge to interact with all levels of positions and people. I was able to see the results of my hard work and I was rewarded well."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Have a clear goal for now, in the next 6 months and the next three years. Understand that HP is a large company and things move slow but be ready to move on something right away. Don't be afraid to ask for help; it can be very confusing with so much info at your finger tips."

What don't you like about working at Hewlett-Packard?

"A bit too big! It would take a very long time to get things through/approved which was a bit frustrating."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be available and open to new ideas that can make a direct impact on the bottom line. Don't be afraid to stick your neck out once in a while."
