"Working at Honeywell was my greatest working experience. We had great products, great people working in our groups, and, at least in the beginning, great support to get the job done on time."

What don't you like about working at Honeywell?

"I dislike when they started outsourcing. First, software test, then development, then production, then all the support: buyers, IT, metal shop, cable and connectors, and then the qualification labs. It made it very hard to lead a team and to keep to the development schedule."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To continue to produce quality products, they should use their strategic planning with a strong technical support base and not rely on efficiency experts, who don't care what the product is."
