"Working at Honeywell was my greatest working experience. We had great products, great people working in our groups, and, at least in the beginning, great support to get the job done on time."

"I dislike when they started outsourcing. First, software test, then development, then production, then all the support: buyers, IT, metal shop, cable and connectors, and then the qualification labs. It made it very hard to lead a team and to keep to the development schedule."

"To continue to produce quality products, they should use their strategic planning with a strong technical support base and not rely on efficiency experts, who don't care what the product is."

"Management should allow their heads the advantages of using all 5 senses instead of 1 less pretentiousness!"

"I dislike experienced supervisors who don't have a clue as to how to run a machine shop, but they have a degree in something unrelated to machining."

"Do like they did 30 years ago: move people up."

"It's a good company. We don't have benefits overseas - only in the states for our family and self."

"You only have to work on one product and it can be very easy at times. You get these people there who make a career out of doing very little work."

"They were violently hostile, when I was just trying to perform. Oh yea, they ended my contract on my birthday. This company should be disbanded."
