"Don't be too ambitious, as it is, after all, over a 120-year company with some true and tried strategies. Give it time."

"Currently with Honeywell and Allied Signal, they are a bit removed from the customer and need to be closer to the voice of the customer, so that they don't lose market share to Siemens and others."

"They work from government contracts, and the contracts often get put on hold or cancelled."

"They gave me empowerment and let me do tasks and research and reports for them without having to check in too much. I really felt a part of the team and contributory to their goals and improved sales efforts."

"Some days felt slow, but that is not uncommon in the summer in DC, and there were multiple interns with me so some tasks or research went by fast (not totally a bad thing), since we divided the research up for new sales opportunities."

"None really. Tim Keating (who was my boss there at the time) was the greatest boss ever."
