"Overall I enjoyed working at Honeywell. The people were the best part as we all tried our best to get the job done. Everyone on our team played their part and knew what they should be doing. As with any large company priorities, politics and funding play a role in how far you can drive your ideas or how loud your voice is amongst the crowd. Managers, for the most part, were brought up from the ranks and understood and felt the frustrations of their staff and appreciated their efforts."

I have also pushed for more security for our product and to meet coding standards defined by IEEE as well as the Klocwork static code tool.
