"Very difficult organization to earn a living as the tools are not there to operate the dealership properly. There are some VERY key managers that are overlooked. Ownership needs to reevaluate certain managers as the store is a gold mine with the right GM."

The store is located 40 miles from Pensacola with more of a metropolitan area. The store unfortunately has a high turnover rate of employees due to inexperienced ownership."
