"Anyone not in fixed ops is a salesperson. Salespeople as a rule can lie to your face and not crack a smile at all. Beware, it is not all roses!"

"upper management attempts to micromanage. lower management is incompetent. policies are cherrypicked to which ones suit management best at the time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do not pretend that you know how to operate fixed operations as it is very clear that you do not know. If policies are to be followed, then ALL policies must be followed. Longevity should be the rule and not the exception."
