Joining the organization right out of college, I had little expectation for what my experiences would be during the 4.5 years at the company. The on-boarding process with projects showing real impact to the supply chain was empowering. The methods the overall company (R&D, purchasing, factory) and approach that was taken to resolve issues with suppliers was respectful and a strong reflection of the company."

"I love my job, but at my level, there are limited advancement opportunities."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The biggest struggle at my company is the cultural differences. I think my management recognizes this and must constantly adapt as our diversity increases."
