However, as a help desk helping them with the skill set I have and see a smile on their face is my best time. It's good to see people happy after a long frustrating system, finally going happy with their new gadget."
"My love for the job is that I am able to help my users resolve their issues so projects can be completed in a timely fashion. What I dislike about the role is sometimes I find myself doing a lot of the work because I have a small staff. I don't get frustrated or anything because I am a team player and the work has to get done. So with a pleasing smile, I make sure that the job gets done."
