What do you like about working at Venture Technologies?

"This place was ok. Management was cocky, and I dont like cockiness. So I really didnt fit in, but I stuck with it until I could find something better."

What don't you like about working at Venture Technologies?

"Management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a life, and stop thinking your better than everyone else cause your not, and give more money to your employees instead of yourself."
