There's a lot of repetition which allows for less mistakes to occur, and everyone is trained to do tasks the same way to ensure consistency."

"Some of the people were nice. Potential is there, if it wasn't for some obvious reasons you will realize as soon as you start employment."

"Move on, you can do better. If you settle because you have to, get yourself together and then move on later. This is not for you."

"High turnover rate. The secret to hiring the best is not really hiring them, it's keeping them."

"Do the opposite of what you're doing now and you will be more successful."

"I support people that lack the basic computer skills needed by their profession."

"I would hire more people for the help desk as soon as possible."

"The job involved many different programs and there were a wide range of troubleshooting issues."

"Be honest about what you don't know, and be clear about how you can help the company maintain the SLA."

"Rewards and recognition for good work was non-existent. The tier II support team was not very helpful."

"Recognize employees for could work, and devote more time to assisting employees with tasks that are outside the level 1 duties and/or access privileges."

"not to expect to much from the company, because just like the rest of the companies in america, they aren't hiring actual employees, they seem to only be hiring contractors"
