"Remember that they lay off every fall so be prepared, don't call in sick and keep your numbers up"

"They had no interest in helping people that call in. It's just how long it takes to get rid of the phone call"

"Just a contractor through Kforce --- thus a serious lack of health benefits, compensations (such as cost of parking assistance, tuition reimbursement), 0 pay for holidays, sick and personal time."

"Better compensation package --- especially health insurance."
