"I've worked at Helitech for over 10 years now and I'm still not even close to being here the longest. This company has created a culture that cares about it's employees. If you work hard, you will be rewarded! Laborer, Estimator, Office Staff, or Management. At Helitech, your success will be dictated by your hard work. It is a fast paced job, and there are high demands, but there are also high rewards, every position in the company has bonus opportunities. I love the fact that I can affect my weekly pay!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Run never look back there are other jobs you won't have time, or energy to job hunt when your hired. This place has got the highest turn over rate of employees I have ever heard of, it real is ctazy, what they will want you to do."
What don't you like about working at Helitech?
"Labor staff is a great bunch any company would love a bunch of guys that work as hard as they do. They shouldn't be treated as second rate."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Maybe give a little credit to the work staff that is out in the heat in the summer the cold in the winter and keeping your company afloat."
