"They kept the previous owners of the company they bought, I creates alot of conflicts with company philosophy without the knowledge of the company management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Please Please do not keep previous owners of the company they bought or play them in non-management position. These previous owners acts as if they owned the entire company every time they talked to us with lower position. Please also remove multiple layers of management in production to make the projects more profitable."

"I was working at CUH2A from 1996 -2002, it was a very good company to work for, many challenging projects. There were some ups and downs regarding the getting new projects in 2002, so I decided to accept an offer from another company."

"Not enough security."

"Most of the CUH2A's project were pharmaceutical, I believe company should be more diverse."

"Very male-dominated culture (how many of their C-suite are women!)"

"Need to focus on offering greater work-life balance; more flexible schedule options. Focus on developing women leaders within the firm. I found salary level there to be below industry average for my position."

"All comments are for Orlando security office. HDR had 60 offices at the time, lot of the store fronts of course."

"not a first choice, but if you must and that's why I did it, on your second day start looking for your next job, I started six months later and it was too late!!! Get itI was with them for over two years,"
