"Nothing, The Harman Agency was not forthcoming with percentages for work found when talent joined the agency. There was no truth to the promises made regarding payment."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't waste your time, look for another agency to work for, quickly. You will find yourself telling lies, and having no managerial support when it is really needed."

What don't you like about working at Harman?

"Promises were not kept. Support was not given when needed, lies were told to the incoming talent by owner leaving staff caught in the middle, with no way to resolve it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Follow thru with promises and be an example of the excellence that was promised by the scouting director when recruiting talent."
