"Giant corporation with a huge portfolio of brands. Many changes and reorganizations happened while I worked here which made job security unpredictable. The pay structure is not very competitive and departments felt disconnected. Great opportunity to learn about the manufacturing world with a business card that holds some weight."

"They lost Bernie Girod(CEO), Greg Stapleton(COO), and Frank Meredith(CFO). They were the backbone and the best executives in place at Harman. They truly understood the business and they are very wise talented Senior Executives; perhaps the perfect team for Harman International. They are also wonderful people with a high level of integrity, trusted, and respected. Highly personable, I know they are missed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Replace the current executives (Paliwal et al) with Bernie Girod (CEO), Greg Stapleton (COO), and Frank Meredith (CFO) immediately!"
