What do you like about working at GUESS?

"I was a co-store manager for two years at a top level store I had tons of retail experience, and they let me go. But I can say with %100 honesty that Guess gives you back what you put in. They are competitive in compensation and bonus. Their policyis straight forward and generally fair , and their demands in most cases are made clear."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are a sales associate, Guess is a great spring board for fashion and learning about sales. If you have the right attitude in terms of flexibility and a willingness to talk with and engage customers, then you will LOVE your job."

What don't you like about working at GUESS?

"Retail hours can be difficult and not for everyone. Some of the challenges are balancing your stores payroll while still maintaining enough hours to have the coverage your store needs to increase sales and prevent loss. However, this challenge is indicative to the retail industry as a whole"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be prepared to face situations that feel as though they are NO wins no matter what you choose. Be prepared to take criticism from upper management, remember they are simply taking orders from their bosses, which is the companies owners. don't take corrections personally, and you will go far. I was as at guess for two years. They take care of managers who are loyal, who want to stay with the company. DO NOT TAKE THIS JOB IF: you can't handle working holidays, all of them."
