"Difficult to move through the company, not many options for moving up if your good at what you do."

"Recognize your better employees and reward them with better jobs and expanded roles. Dont fire your best employees for making too much."

"I worked graveyard and had a sales quota hard to make ( Callers at night are e,ployees to the financial decision makers. Hard to get sales out of these calls)"
