"Run far, far away, as fast as you can. Don't let their gimmicks fool you. Pay and benefits were good, but not worth the miserable work experience."

"Just about everything. The forced on-site lunches, lack of freedom/ability to do your job effectively, micro-management work style, certain company policies, executive egos..."

"Get new management. Without better leadership in place, you will continue to cycle through employees. At some point you need to realize the excuse, It's just not a good fit, runs out after you burn through dozens of employees."

"Try to recapture some of that energy that company had a few years ago when it was smaller."

"Be yourself. Don't be afraid if there are things that you don't know, because they're willing to teach that. It's the intangibles that they look for."

"While the company believes in promoting from within - competition can be so fierce that it can become frustrating trying to achieve a position that you are qualified for and desire."

"I would suggest that they not change the company culture. Being a business that knows how to have fun, yet still take great care of its customers got them to where they are today, and made them the biggest registrar in the world."

"Have a basic understanding of how the internet works. DNS, parts of a web address/URL."

"Sometimes communication is not the best. You get the impression there is no transparency. Sometimes they are too quick to fire people based on metrics."

"Don't make being on a warning for sales something that prevents moving to another department. Sometimes people aren't sales oriented and need a chance to show strength in another area"

"No your tech and be prepared that you will be representing this company at all times in your life, even when you don't realize it."

"I think there are too many layers of supervisors. Meaning I work more with my supervisor's supervisor than I do with my own. It can also be confusing when the supervisors are not sending the same message downward."

"Be more open to suggestions from the employees and be on the same page as the other supervisors you put in command."

"I miss the small company startup feel we once had. As we get larger and dominate the market more and more, we also take on that large corporation feel and mindset."
