"GoDaddy.com is a great place to learn the basics of Web Hosting, however it does very little in the way of training you to do more than support the products they are currently offering. In order to advance your understanding you will have to research new technology on your own time. If you do not mind bringing your work home like I did, then you will have the ability to move your way up."

Sales is the biggest part of the job when I believe it should be a little more support and get recognized for giving great support, rather than getting recognized for being a good salesman.
