"I like the people that I work with, and especially the large cross-functional teams... it adds diversity and challenge."

"Be yourself... if you are confident and know that you are an asset, the employer will also see that and appreciate it."

What don't you like about working at Bayer?

"It is complicated, because I work at BAYER, but officially I work for Schawk, so it is a delicate situation, but also no growth opportunity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would re-organize the department slightly to split into production separate from project management and also simplify the process, too many steps that add additional time and cost."
