"I was part of a drug development that recieved FDA approval. I enjoyed the interaction with my co-workers."

"Management did not facilitate that upper mgmt relationship with those of us who were actually working on getting things done."

"If you apply for a job there, make sure you do your research. Remember pharma companies live on drug approvals. No drug approvals, layoffs happen."

"Don't expect wow but it's better then McDonald's."

"It is very unstable on will I be here tomorrow. That's why I took the volunteer package to go ahead and leave."

"Gang up on the board and tell them what is actually best for the company instead of catering to their uninformed self serving visions."

"Dell burns up their employees and then tosses them aside after off-shoring their jobs to India."

"Dell's management needs to acquire some management skills. Dell has a lot of 1st-time managers who have no skills in good leadership."
