The development team was spread all over the globe which brought challenges in the development, but the ability of virtual meetings sufficed in coordination, direction, and status."

"Lack of qualified co-workers. They claim to have the best and brightest but don't. Politics come before execution and quality takes a back seat to short term gain."

"You need to focus on technical excellence. 80 hour weeks do you translate to quality work. You need to actually user your lean workouts on your own organization and trim the fat that isn't adding value."
