"I loved the ability of growing and developing a team of employees and to see them flourish in the task given. "Gap Inc was a former empoyer of mine. I really don't and didn't have anything I disliked about employment with Gap Inc. It provided income, I learn a lot about aggressive selling, about leading a team, and about morale in a working environment."

"My suggestions for management is to always listen to your team, learn their weaknesses and their strengths and to lead your team by example. Not every team player learns and grows the same way or at the same speed so you have to be creative in getting everyone on the same page and to perform on the same level."
