"I've worked for the company for more than 3 years and worked my way up to a full-time position, for which I feel I am not properly compensated considering all of my responsibilities. My immediate coworkers are friendly and supportive, but the upper management is too cutthroat for my liking. Way too much emphasis is placed on metrics rather than customer service."
