"I would suggest the applicant be prepared to work lots of unpaid overtime, with little or no room for future advancement. The overall morale of the company is downbeat and morose."

What don't you like about working at MullinTBG?

"The current restructuring of the company is creating a situation of excess work, excess unpaid hours, no additional help, and an us against them mentality between departments, employees, and management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would advise that management to start working with the employees instead of against, otherwise things will quickly fall apart."
