"Overall its a great place to work in if you are a non-creative. This is a place for non-creatives who are seeking a venture where they can get a steady paycheck. You get a good benefits package and yearly bonuses. It is very corporate with the exception of Mondays and Fridays you can dress casual. The people are extremely co-operative and friendly. A very laid back atmosphere. Overall a nice place to gain experience. If you enjoy a corporate working than this is the place for you."

"The benefits were good and other than that, there wasn't much else that would draw one to work there."

"I would suggest the applicant be prepared to work lots of unpaid overtime, with little or no room for future advancement. The overall morale of the company is downbeat and morose."

"The current restructuring of the company is creating a situation of excess work, excess unpaid hours, no additional help, and an us against them mentality between departments, employees, and management."

"I would advise that management to start working with the employees instead of against, otherwise things will quickly fall apart."

"After the company moved to El Segundo, I had to travel about 2 hours each way."
