"Great place to work if you like call centers. Decent benefit package and paid time off. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The training wasn't the best they could definitely improve on making that a little better. Unfortunately the job security just wasn't there like they intended it to be. Tax season was suppose to be their busiest time but they over hired and it never came. They still have their Texas site open so maybe they will reopen in most areas. I give them a decent rating I have had horrible jobs in the past this wasn't the worst."
