"Too much growth too fast. Began shooting for quantity instead of quality. Got caught up in the price wars of Dell, HP, etcetera instead of staying with what got them where they were."

"Wake up, Directors! How many employees have to quit/terminate/lay-off before you realize you may have a lower management problem with certain individuals"

"I was a temp employee and was not given truthful information when hired."

"Be honest with people and be a little flexible. I felt treated like property more than a person sometimes. They expected you to work whenever they wanted you to and when I was hired they said it was a 8 hour day, 5 day job, with limited overtime. It ended up being a lot of overtime."
